Can’t Let Go

January 6th, 2009 · 1 Comment

In an effort to delay bringing down our Christmas lights, we’ve decided to also celebrate Russian Orthodox Christmas, which falls on Wednesday, January 7th. We may be the only house in the neighborhood still lit up.

 umm excuze me sir… There is a VERY festive event, just around the corner that will require festival lighting… The Inaugural… then MLK Day. and just past that is Ground hogs day… Technically, you can keep them up till Feb 14th this year… (Valentines day falls AFTER Friday the 13th..). But about a month after that, there is St. Patrick’s day. then April Fools day, then Easter, ….lmao… there is always a southern excuse for keeping your lights up. (or not taking them down, to be precise)…
